Hi and thanks for visiting our feedback section, we would love to hear from you if you have any positive suggestions on how you feel we could improve your enjoyment of our website and almost more importantly please let us know if there is something about our site that makes you want to throw your computer out of your window as although we could probably help you replace that Victorian sash window it is not good business to make our customers angry and frustrated.

What we have learned so far
We have already acted on some of the feedback we have received and because of this we hardly ever post our reclaimed wood flooring on the site as we have found that almost everyone that purchases wood flooring from us does so after an average of 3 phone calls and nobody orders 200 meters of reclaimed pine flooring and pays us £5000 via the shopping cart because purchasing reclaimed flooring involves planning and it helps to be able to ask some questions in order to make an informed purchasing decision. You also told us that you did not like our zoom feature for images, we thought it was great but we did not realise some of you would find it too fussy in use so we replaced it with a simple pop up image enlargement tool which we have been told is great. There is a world of difference between thinking something is great and being told something is great.
