As with any reclaimed flooring this pitch pine parquet flooring is in 'as found' condition and will require cleaning, sanding and finishing. Sizes above are typical of a cross sample we have taken but individual block dimension may vary.
Note: Price is £16 per Sq meter (m²) and does not include delivery. Delivery will not be added at point of sale as we will get quotes for you from a delivery company or let you arrange pick-up yourself.
Pitch Pine Parquet information
Reclaimed Pitch Pine parquet is a tough hard wearing flooring material. The high resin content in pitch pine also has the benefit of making these wood blocks resistant to attack from pests. The normal colour of pitch pine parquet ranges from a warm yellowy orange heartwood to a reddish almost brown colour of the growth rings and is a colour of floor that often reminds us of our school days as it was commonly found in school gym halls, which incidentally, is where a large amount of the reclaimed pitch pine parquet is sourced today.
