This is an interesting round mirror made from a very chunky old wooden bulls eye window frame that is well weathered and full of character. The wooden bulls eye window used for this mirror spent many years above the main entrance of a hotel in Margate. We have removed the glass and stripped, sanded and cleaned the wooden frame by hand to make sure we did not strip any of the character that the wood has earned over the years while exposed to the worst of the British seaside elements. We then finished the bulls eye frame with teak oil and beeswax to bring out the amazing gold and brown grain of the original old wood. This is a really noticeable piece for any room and what the photos may not show is just how chunky it is with a good few inches of depth.
